Scrapbooking is a method for preserving personal and family history in the form of photographs, printed media, and memorabilia contained in decorated albums, or scrapbooks.
Sample of what scrapbooking is all about!Scrapbooking is a very popular hobby in the United States, Australia and Britian. This hobby has produced some of the finest 'hobbyists' and they have a strong social network. They would get together in each other's homes or a local community center and scrapbook together. In addition to that, they would share and exchange ideas.
Some hobbyists have turned their hobby into business by opening stores selling scrapbook materials. In Malaysia, it has caught on but not as popular the other countries. And I know of only two shops in Malaysia that specializes in scrapbooking : Papeier Love at The Curve in Mutiara Damansara http://www.papierlove.com/ and the other shop which I cannot recall is in One Utama (New Wing).
